This is great for quitting smoking and high stress jobsI bought one of these for my 14 year old grandaughter and she loved it but she lost it.I got her another and it was tarnished bronze color not the shiny silver like the first one and the way it is supposed to be.She still wears it as she got use to having it on. DisappointedI really like this ring especially that it’s offered in larger size. I like moving the beads around the ring. It looks nice too. Never made my fingers green or anything.I was hoping the beads would be made of metal...but they're not. This is just a cheap wire with silver plastic beads. I expect the silver color will soon chip off of the beads too. Great for fidgeting but this should have been sold at the dollar store!Got a selection of anxiety rings for three of my family members and they really like them. I told them not to take a shower with these on and so far they are holding on. Glad I got themjunk cheap
